The staff and doctor were wonderful when we had a pet emergency. I am so thankful for them. They really put me at ease during an extremely stressful time when our dog was ill.
One month later, Treacle is almost back to normal - thanks to the superb medical care that she received. The team at Riverwalk have been incredibly supportive and taught me so much about how to care for her at home. They have also given me alot of support with covering the bills.

A wonderful team of dedicated, caring professionals! My small dog, Treacle, was savagely attacked a month ago by a pitbull. When I called Riverwalk immediately after the attack, they dropped everything and took her in right away, even though she hadn't been a patient there before. Treacle had been torn apart and we were very scared that she wasn't going to make it. Dr Aikins was so thorough and knowledgeable and performed extremely intricate surgery to patch her up and give her the best possible chance.

Overall a decent vet , but my cats eye was injured and they made me feel very unsure about what was the best options for her. Also they never really told me what was the exact cause of the issue and that for "cosmetic reasons" I should have the eyes removed. There was no reason to remove her eyes for cosmetic reasons because my cat was doing fine and did not show any sighns of being in pain. I went to a different vet and was much more happy with the cost and the treatment of sick animals.
