I have always taken my car here (from last 3 years). Glenn has always been very friendly and his staff is helpful. In my experience, every service which I have done here for my car has been genuine, with all the information I needed and at/below the price I had thought. Glenn also once helped me to find a buyer for my old car which I wanted to sell. It saved a lot of my time. Several times I have got true opinion of which part is good and not required to be replaced and when would be the time it may need to be replaced. I trust Glenn and his engineering staff and would continue to get my car serviced here in future.

National towing is my new call when i have a problem on the road or for service. Glenn is fantastic and the everyone associated with them has been extremely nice and pleasant.
Was 30 miles out of town and vehicle woukd not start. Glenn sent his tow truck to get me and once in the shop diagnosed the problem and had me set to go quickly. I highly recommend their service and courteous staff.
I dropped off my vehicle for an oil change. When I returned I saw my name my address my vin number and plate numbers were written down next to the computer. This information was never provided and or asked for the employee,at the time i called to schedule an oil change the only information provided was my first name. When i returned the man at the counter was asking questions regarding my ownership of the vehicle stating that the vin number already exists in their system he proceeded to ask me who did I purchase this vehicle from and what was the previous owners name and the plates are still registered under the name of the previous owner. I began to explain that my boyfriend purchased the vehicle in March of 2016 from an elderly couple that formerly took this vehicle here for service. Upon ending the "interrogation" with the employee I realized that the only way they could have acquired this information was to search my vehicle in exact my glove box my paper work was tampered with and my registration was taken and then thrown Into my glove box. With the service I experienced today i would never recommend that anybody under any circumstances go to this business.
